REC Awarded with “TOP BRAND PV” Seal

The Norwegian company was awarded the seal in the three most important European sales markets: Germany, France and Italy. The basis for the award is built on independent surveys of installers and end customers, conducted by the Bonn-based market and opinion research company EuPD Research. REC achieved the best performance in Germany where the company scored the best ranking as a European, non-German brand.

The “TOP BRAND PV“ seal was developed by EuPD Research in 2010 as a way of impartially evaluating the brand management strategies of module and inverter manufacturers. The seal is assigned on the basis of a multilevel analysis founded on statements made by market intermediaries and end-customers. Manufacturers thus receive an unfiltered assessment of their own brand as well as feedback on how to potentially optimize their brand management. Furthermore, the seal provides wholesalers, installers and end-customers with independent guidance in order to choose the top quality brands. As a top module brand, REC is now awarded with the premium seal in Germany, France and Italy.

Only a select few leading manufacturers who have undergone a rigorous quality check are allowed to use this seal.
