prudsys announces the availability of prudsys RDE 3.5, the latest release of the leading real time personalisation software. Thanks to numerous new features, prudsys RDE 3.5 provides customers a unique shopping experience.

New recommendation types in the RDE | Recommendations and RDE | Newsletter modules result in a high acceptance rate of product suggestions thanks to the inclusion of new parameters. Effective immediately, recommendations for products purchased together will result in even higher conversion rates as even with small shopping baskets there is a larger statistical base to fall back on.
Starting with this release, newsletter recipients also receive localised recommendations depending on their current location.
With the expansion of the A/B test template function, the prudsys RDE 3.5 provides companies with the opportunity to easily compare and evaluate their own templates to optimise success.

Tapping into sales potential through customised shop design and dynamic pricing
Effective immediately, it is possible to use the prudsys RDE | Scoring module to determine the perfect shop page design for each user on the home page or on individual pages. Thanks to the evaluation of multivariate tests and the calculation of probabilities, the shop design can be individually adapted for each visitor in order to achieve a high conversion rate.

Price is another important sales lever in the shop. In this respect, the RDE | Pricing module boasts a re-implementation for the Live Deal scenario. The price of daily offers is adapted in real time based on current click and behavioural data as well as on the overall demand. This taps into the sales potential perfectly thanks to the automatic price control.

High acceptance rate of search result lists
In other words, during the course of a product search, the prudsys RDE | Search module recommends items to potential buyers that are based on previous behaviour in the online shop (clicks, number of orders, sales) and as such have a high degree of personal relevance. New features have been added to the personalised search function in the new version. Effective immediately, companies can weight the order of search results according to certain criteria, e.g. according to the time parameter (e.g. the date an item appeared) or sales relevance.

New RDE monitoring for improved evaluation and control
The prudsys RDE’s newly developed monitoring function makes it possible to constantly observe and monitor all running RDE functions. The user receives an overview of the current and historical behavioural data of certain RDE components to better monitor and optimise processes.

Improvement of usability
The new prudsys RDE version also contains improvements in terms of user friendliness. This includes the optimisation of parameter search, file selection and wizard-supported configuration. Thanks to the reworked help function, support is available to users in just a few clicks of the mouse. The expanded administration of user privileges offers more opportunity when assigning access rights.
