Versatile, rugged and almost as decorative as a piece of jewellery

Professional DECT headset with elaborate features and a precious design
The FreeMate DW-770 by DASAN ELECTRON is a truly elegant eye-catcher, featuring first-class technology and excellent wearing comfort. Once again this headset for professional applications testifies that the products of DASAN ELECTRON are real alternatives (PresseBox) (Rottenburg, ) With its FreeMate DW-770, DASAN ELECTRON takes monaural, entirely wireless headsets to a new level: The DW-770 can be easily adopted to three wearing styles – each of them featuring crystal-clear DECT voice-quality, unrivalled wearing comfort and elaborate features. The only downer: The designers of premium manufacturer DASAN ELECTRON have done such an excellent job that in future it will not be entirely clear if it is the headset that is the eye-catcher, or the person using it...

Just a few years ago, DASAN ELECTRON took the experts by surprise when introducing the first entirely wireless DECT headset. Some 18 months later, DASAN ELECTRON launched a further world premiere with the first entirely wireless binaural headset. The FreeMate DW-770 is based on this expertise – and one can feel that right away: It is feathery and well balanced. Users will like that it can easily be converted from the classic headphone style across the modern neck wearing to an ear-hook style use and back – just with a few simple steps. Thus, the FreeMate DW-770 not only meets various user demands – it also supports the dynamical wearing of headsets in an ideal manner.

In contrast to low-cost manufacturers, the FreeMate DW-770 by DASAN ELECTRON utilises professional and tap-proof DECT technology in the 2,4 GHz band with digital spectrum management. For the users, this not only means a crystal-clear voice-quality but also a working range of 50 meters within buildings (up to 100 m out of doors). The maintenance-free, rechargable lithium battery provides enough energy for nine full hours of conversation. Then, the headset needs to be inserted to the charger for some 90 minutes. Needless to say that the charger is integrated in the headset’s base station. When using a second (optional) battery, continuous operation of the headset is possible.

The elaborate feature-list of the FreeMate DW-770 is really impressive: Its voice-optimised microphone has a clear directional effect, actively suppressing office and background noise. Very helpful for the hectic day-to-day business is the integrated “busy” indicator. Two quick-access keys allow for an intuitive volume adjustment. Thanks to a wide range of settings, the FreeMate DW-770 can easily be adjusted to practically any input or output level – and thus to basically any current telephone.

Furthermore, the FreeMate DW-770 features an integrated hook-off key. Following a simple press of this key, the headset’s base station on the desk actuates an optional handset-lifter or the electronic hook-off feature of the desk telephone. Thus, calls can be answered and terminated from any remote location. The integrated “paging” function indeed is very helpful to locate a lost headset – but also helps to make contact, should the headset user not be at his/her desk.

The FreeMate DW-770 may be used for any voice-over-IP (VoIP) application – both in combination with telephones and PCs. It is a standard with DASAN ELECTRON, that the delivery does not only contain the standard parts like headset, battery, charger, base station, or user manual, but also a set of connecting cables for all current telephones and PCs, plus additional accessories.
