Both firms will be represented with a stand at the upcoming transport logistics trade fair (12-15 June in Munich, Germany).

Extending the Product Portfolio

In the IT world, partnerships are like sand on a sea shore. Truly valuable partnerships, however, are harder to come by. The strategic partnership between CIM GmbH, provider of warehouse managements, and LXE GmbH, producer of hand and vehicle computing devices, aims to be one of the more beneficial. “The principle is quite simple,” said Tobias Laxa, Marketing Director at CIM GmbH. “Software without hardware is just as useless as hardware without software. The LXE partnership significantly extends our logistics capacity. Providing complete solutions, we can ensure that our customers always receive the highest quality systems.”

LXE with new PartnerPass Programme

“With the incorporation of CIM GmbH into the LXE PartnerPass Programme, LXE gains a proven software expert in the area of warehouse management systems, with an extensive business network at its disposal. Our goal for 2007 is to extend our distribution channels, and this brings us one step closer,” added Florian Hopen, Channel Manager for LXE Germany.

Together into new Markets

At the upcoming transport logistics fair in Munich, Germany, visitors can convince themselves of the advantages brought by the partnership. Both stands are located in Hall C4; area 324 for CIM and area 416 for LXE.
“End customers in all sectors will benefit from the combination of LXE hardware and service for barcode, RFID or voice solutions and the mature CIM logistics software,” according to Wolfgang Walter, Country Manager, LXE Germany.
