They provide ventilation facilities for flats or detached houses; they take over the central hot water supply and guarantee the heating system – all by using free energy from the environment.
The LWA integral system provides central ventilation via a pipe system. Fresh air reaches the interior via decentralised ventilation air valves and is evenly distributed over the room. The integrated air/water heat pump recovers most of the heat energy from the extracted air and converts it with high efficiency into usable energy, which is then supplied to the central heating and hot water system. The volume of cooled air is channelled outside as exhaust air. The electrical booster heater covers the residual heat requirement.
Operation of the integral system LWA 203/303..SOL is particularly favourable, efficient and environmentally friendly when combined with a solar heating system. To make perfect use of all of the LWA’s energy saving potential, it is supported by the LZM ventilation manager. This knows the precise temperature at which the integrated booster heater must switch on. The room temperature, ventilation output and DHW heating are regulated centrally so that not one kilowatt hour is wasted. The required data has to be stored just once – the LWA does the rest.
