Folio-size sheeters and ream wrappers, precision cutting machines and binding technology: E.C.H. Will, Pemco and Kugler-Womako at the Asian Paper show

The LabelCut precision cutting machine from Kugler-Womako processes pre-printed rolls into wet-glue labels (PresseBox) (Hamburg / Nürtingen / Sheboygan, Wisconsin, ) From April 21 to 23, E.C.H. Will, Pemco and Kugler-Womako, three companies of the Körber PaperLink Group, will showcase new solutions and further developments for the Asian market at the Asian Paper trade show in Bangkok.

E.C.H. Will and Pemco have developed a new foliosize sheeter that addresses the special needs of the Asian paper industry. The foliosize sheeter with working widths from 1800 to 2400 mm has a modular construction to meet customized specifications. Its expandability supports the extension of the customer's product range at any time, hence opening up new markets. For example, the machine can be fitted later with the patented, proven PRO technology from E.C.H. Will for markfree sheeting of sensitive coated paper and board grades.

Pemco will also present a new Technical Improvement Program (T.I.P.) for its Wrapmatic GRM foliosize ream wrappers that are widespread in the market. Specially developed modernization programs allow older systems to be equipped with the latest technology used in new machines. This enables the end product quality, the production output or the performance capability of the machines to be increased, for instance. The T.I.P. approach, wellestablished in cutsize technology, is an important criterion in successful lifecycle management of production lines.

The solutions from Kugler-Womako address visitors from the labeling industry as well as bookbinders and stationery manufacturers. The LabelCut precision cutting machine is used to process preprinted rolls into wetglue labels - for the beverage industry, for example. The triedandtested binding technology for writing pads and wire or plasticbound products from Kugler-Womako supports companies in further optimizing their production processes and to manufacture end products in export quality.

From April 21 to 23, 2010, visitors to Booth A10 of the Asian Paper show will be able to talk with local employees of the sales and service organization Körber PaperLink Far East and with specialists of the manufacturing companies.
