EOP Biodiesel AG with newly composed supervisory board

Tenure of the former supervisory board expired due to rescheduled AGM
(PresseBox) (Pritzwalk, ) The supervisory board of EOP Biodiesel AG has been newly composed as of now. The registry office Neuruppin installed three new members of the supervisory board following the formal request of the company.

The tenure of the former supervisory board members lasted until the end of the AGM including confidence vote for the financial year 2008/09, which had to be within the legal time limits. New to the supervisory board is Thomas Ungruh (52). He is a management consultant in Frankfurt (Main) with a focus on financing and transaction advice.Additionally, the registry office appointed Detlef Specovius (48). He is lawyer at Schultze & Braun and has profound knowhow in the area of restructuring law and restructuring consulting. Furthermore, still part of the board is Mike Blechschmidt (43), who is an entrepreneur from Pritzwalk and has excellent industry knowledge and contacts.

The supervisory board will immediately pass the agenda for the annual general meeting (AGM) now, for which the board of management will invite for within short notice and which is scheduled for at the beginning of May.
