(PresseBox) (Seefeld, )The multi-touch all-in-one solutions with projected capacitive touch and multi-monitor support, based on the COMSys embedded PC solutions of TQ-Systems are best equipped for Windows 8 and Windows Embedded 8. For example a display can be connected to another display with an integrated embedded PC via VGA/DVI/HDMI, allowing extremely efficient solutions to be achieved. With these solutions TQ relies on robust metal constructions which also work reliably in industrial environments. The integration can be performed as a panel mount in a control panel or self-supporting with a Vesa bracket and front frame. Trueflat solutions with protective glass are also possible, which makes the panels vandal-proof and allows installations with smooth, frameless front surfaces.
Regarding the optional expansion of the solutions, with standard PCI/PCIe cards they are as flexible as the performance of the CPU is able to be calibrated. For example connections to field buses or a wide range of USB or IP cameras are easily possible.

The COM Express mainboard (carrier board) MB-COME-1 in combination with a standard COM Express module forms a very compact hardware kit that can be used for a freely scalable embedded PC platform thanks to its modular design. Because of this - with uniform interfaces and mechanical dimensions - the PC system can be easily adjusted to suit the requirements of the application.
The many extension options and storage media that can be added offer a high level of flexibility and allow functionalities and performance to be extended easily, quickly and inexpensively.
Based on COMSys specific housing-solutions Box PCs and Panel PCs are available. There are standard till extremely rugged, dust and spray proofed designs obtainable.
