The pail filling equipment of the future that grows along with the needs

PailFill - a groundbreaking modular concept
The new pail filling system PailFill of FIEGE FILLING can be individually adapted to customer requirements. It fills up to 20 pails/min with chemicals (PresseBox) (Oelde, ) With the pail filling system PailFill, the HAVER & BOECKER subsidiary FEIGE FILLING introduces its new development at the INTERPACK in Düsseldorf. Due to its modular design, the machine series can be individually adapted to customer requirements and at maximum output fills up to 20 pails/min. with chemicals.

The new PailFill equipment consists of various components, which can be connected in-line and combined as required. The core of the equipment is the high-speed automatic pail filling machine from the AdvancedLine - an in-line alternate filler that can be optimally adapted to the requirements of the chemical industry.

The combination with supplementary machine parts turns the equipment into a fully automatic production and packaging line. This includes mixers for raw material processing and a pump system without interfaces as well as the pail denester E-1200 and the robot lid placer and closer D-1200, both with uninterruptible pail or lid feed. A palletising system rounds off the equipment - designed with the latest high-performance technology and always centrally controlled by the FEIGE touch panel.

Constant product flow, maximum filling output

The decisive advantage of the automatic pail filling machine type PailFill: The product flow from the feed pump is distributed to two, three or four filling stations by the central weighing electronics - depending on the desired filling performance. The electronic system separately controls the speed of each filling station and adapts the times of the parallel filling processes to each other. The result is a minimisation of the overall filling time. While a pail is changed at one station, the pails at the other stations are filled.

The PailFill type alternating inline filler guarantees a constant, uninterruptible product flow of the product pump, even while handling highly viscous liquids. All in all it is possible to fill pail sizes between 3 and 40 kg, regardless of their shape - round, oval or angular! And all this is possible at very short changeover times as no mouldings are required.

If the customer's requirements change after a while and larger filling volumes are desired, the PailFill is able to grow along: Whether extension or retrofitting with optional elements, everything is feasible without any difficulty. Even the new protective equipment concept - the new PailFill system is surrounded by a safety fence instead of by a compact enclosure - variably adapts to the extension and is at the same time clearly easier to maintain.

FEIGE FILLING - filling equipment in different sizes

With the PailFill concept, the market leader from Bad Oldesloe once more demonstrates its innovative strength. Previously, FEIGE FILLING had impressed the experts with the Factory Design, the continuous system design in 3D: Thanks to this development it is possible to visualise a planned system on a mobile terminal in a photo-realistic and accurate manner, thus rendering the entire planning process considerably more efficient.

Besides, the company is known because of its broad product range:

FEIGE FILLING offers filling equipment for liquid and pasty products of different sizes - whether small semi-automatic filling stations or fully automatic filling equipment for containers between 1 and 3,000 kg, ranging from the SlimLiner to turn-key overall systems.

Joint project with the company SOMMER

In cooperation with its sister company SOMMER, FEIGE FILLING is able to supply these production and packaging systems seamlessly from one source: spanning anything from feeder to pipework, stockage, mixture and production to filling with calibrated accuracy and packaging ready for transport. At the same time, every individually manufactured machine is precisely tailored to the customer's production requirements.

With the integration of the company SOMMER into the HAVER Group during the year 2009, it was possible to supplement the product range of the subsidiary FEIGE by the field of mixing and preparing of plasters and paints. With its more than 100 years of experience in plant engineering and construction, SOMMER with its agitators, mixers and dissolvers signs responsible for the field of raw material stockage and processing.

In addition, the partners also offer an uncomplicated around-the-clock after sales service. Own subsidiaries and excellently trained representatives are globally active. Because of the close interweaving with the HAVER Group, customers are able to enjoy a fast service directly at their doorstep.

Besides, apart from the classical services such as inspection and spare parts service, FEIGE FILLING also offers a toll-free 24-hour hotline, teleservice, E-commerce and many other service features. Upgrading, system optimisation as well as manufacturer factory calibration are also part of the range of services.
