WSCAD continues to demonstrate its commitment to customer orientation by appointing Michael Gerst as its new Sales Manager (PresseBox) (Bergkirchen, ) Michael Gerst took charge of global sales at WSCAD electronic GmbH. The time-served mechanical engineer possesses more than ten years' professional experience in the automation, mechanical and plant engineering industries and has access to a far-reaching network. Before his move to WSCAD, Gerst spent eleven years at E-Plan, securing and supervising projects relating to E-CAD solutions, which ranged in size from small to extremely large. His customer base included international enterprises, well-known medium-sized enterprises and one-man engineering firms alike.

"Michael Gerst has demonstrated that he is capable of understanding his customers' processes and environments, and is therefore able to develop the best possible solutions for them. We are proud to have such a top-class sales professional on board", said Axel Zein, CEO at WSCAD electronic GmbH.

"Our customers' success is our success" is Michael Gerst's credo for his role as Sales Manager, and he relishes the challenges ahead of him and his highly-motivated team at WSCAD. "Fast and efficient Electrical Engineering, on time, on budget – this is not just the mission statement at WSCAD, it is also what our customers expect from us. It is clear that not every customer requires all of the functions that the software can offer", explained Michael Gerst. "That is why it is so good that the E-CAD solution offered by WSCAD is able to be precisely aligned to the actual needs of the user". The E-CAD solution is made even more appealing from a sales point of view by its procurement and maintenance costs, which are attractive in comparison with the rest of the market, and its expansion to include system and production integration. New services in the field of process optimization, professional migration from an old WSCAD licence or a third-party E-CAD system to the new WSCAD SUITE 2015, and new services enabling hard-copy and third-party E-CAD formats to be converted to WSCAD all combine to make the offer very appealing to a large number of companies. "Bringing all of these plus points onto the market so that businesses are in a position to benefit from them represents an exciting challenge for myself and my colleagues", said Michael Gerst.
