As water intended for human consumption, it is subject to the stringent guidelines of the European Drinking Water Directive. And the hoses transporting water for human consumption have to be approved for use with drinking water and labeled accordingly. As is the Aquapal, the robust and ultra flexible drinking water hose from ContiTech. Moreover, Aquapal has passed all tests carried out in the UK on materials that come into contact with water for human consumption. The robust and highly flexible drinking water hose has been tested by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) and approved for the transportation of drinking water up to +85°C.
